From the 23rd September 2019 and until 4th October 2019, eligible customers who check to see if their details are up to date with the South East Water team at Bayside Frankston Shopping Centre Information Kiosk will be entered into the draw for one of 10 chances to win up to $500 off their next bill.
Competition - terms and conditions
- The promotion is being conducted by South East Water. ABN 89 066 902 547, WatersEdge 101 Wells St, Frankston VIC 3199 (The Promoter).
- Participation in the promotion is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Check and update refers to Owner Occupier and Residential Tenancy accounts in South East Water’s region (Eligible Customers) engaging with a South East Water team member at the Bayside Frankston Shopping Centre Information Kiosk between the 23rd September 2019 and the 4th October 2019, to check the customer’s telephone number, email address, forwarding mailing address, and any other account related enquiries.
- Eligible Customers who verify their details, without the need to update their details, will still have a valid entry.
- An Eligible Customer’s entry will be saved in our Customer Relationship Management system as an identifier of an entry.
- An Eligible Customer’s account must be active at the time of the competition prize draw to be eligible to win a prize in the competition.
- Each competition winner will receive a credit, up to a maximum of $500 per account from South East Water off their next quarterly water bill. The credit will not apply to any amount owing in arrears.
- Ten winning competition entries will be randomly selected.
- An Eligible Customer can only win one prize in the competition.
- Competition prizes are not redeemable for cash.
- Non Residential customers are ineligible.
- South East Water employees are ineligible.
- The competition prize draw will be conducted at Midday (AEST) on Monday 7th October 2019 at South East Water, WatersEdge 101 Wells St, Frankston VIC 3199.
- Competition entries at the time of draw that are deemed not to have complied with these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid.
- Competition prize winners will be notified by telephone and confirmed by email. First names and suburbs for each competition prize winner will be published on https://southeastwater.com.au/nextbillonus on 19th October 2019.
- The Promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
