What is a financial counsellor and how can they help me?


All South East Water customers who are experiencing financial difficulties can access free and confidential financial counselling services through our community partnership with FMC Mediation and Counselling.

South East Water is proud to partner with FMC Mediation and Counselling, who can provide customers with free financial counselling, connection to community support services and referral to specialist providers.

A financial counsellor can help you get a clear picture of your financial situation, advocate on your behalf, and explain your options while providing you with support.
All services provided are free, independent, confidential and delivered by professionals.
