I need to change my account details


If you are a South East Water residential customer, you can update your account details online with mySouthEastWater.

If you haven’t registered yet it’s quick and easy, all you need is a copy of your bill.

Once registered you can easily:

  • update your address and phone details
  • set up a fortnightly or monthly payment plan
  • request more time to pay your bill
  • register a concession
  • view current and past bills
  • set up direct debit
  • switch to eBilling
