Can I have more time to pay my water bill?

If you find you aren't able to pay your bill by the due date, you can request a payment extension. Once per bill you can get extra time to pay your account either by going online or by phone.


To get an extension online through mySouthEastWater simply log in or register and then follow the links to Request more time to pay and follow the steps.


To request a payment extension by phone.

  1. Find a copy of your bill and locate your account number (located on the top right hand corner of the bill)
  2. Phone 131 851
  3. Select option 2 and follow the prompts

Payment plans

If you prefer to make smaller, easier to manage payments you might prefer a fortnightly or monthly payment plan. It’s easy to set up a payment plan in mySouthEastWater. Simply log in or register then go to Set up a payment plan and follow the steps.
