How do I find out my account balance?


It’s easy to check your recent payments, account balance and payment history at any time through mySouthEastWater .

Simply login to your account then navigate to the bill and payment history page. Please note that payments may take up to 48 hours to display.

To have more certainty around payments, you can set up a payment plan.

If you haven't registered yet for mySouthEastWater  it's quick and easy, all you'll need is a copy of your bill.
