Do you need more time to pay?

If you need more time to pay your bill you may be able to access an extension to pay your bill. You can request more time to pay online at mySouthEastWater, phone us on 13 18 51 or submit an enquiry online.

Are you having ongoing difficulties?

The Customer Care team will work with you individually and confidentially to provide you with:

  • Information on affordable and flexible payment arrangements including Centrepay and government assistance programs including the Utility Relief Grant Scheme.
  • Water efficiency information to help reduce water usage. We can also arrange for one of our experienced plumbers to visit your home and carry out a free water audit and check your taps, pipes and appliances are in good shape, so you can be as efficient as possible with your water and money. For eligible customers we may also repair or replace any inefficient fittings at no cost to you.
  • Referral to our community partner Better Place Australia who provide a range of services including access to free and independent financial counselling, family services and community programs.
