Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter is South East Water. ABN 89066902547, 101 Wells Street, Frankston VIC 3199.
2. Entry is open to all South East Water customers.
3. The competition commences on Tuesday 16 April at 4.00 pm (AEST) and ends 9.00 am on Thursday 18 April 2019.
4. To enter the competition, participants must comment on the competition’s social media post on South East Water’s Facebook page with one service we provide our customers other than clean drinking water.
5. Entrants are permitted to enter only once via comments.
6. The competition is a game of chance. There will be one prize awarded to one entrant with a correct answer selected at random. The winner will be chosen at 9.10 am on Thursday 18 April 2019 at South East Water 101 Wells Street, Frankston, Victoria, 3199. Entries at the time of draw that are deemed not to have complied with these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid.
7. Entries with an incorrect answer will not be considered.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions. Employees of South East Water and their immediate family are not eligible for the competition.
9. The prize consists of entry for two adults and two children, four unlimited ride wristbands, two Easter egg hunt tickets and two animal farm entry tickets for the Melbourne Easter Show at Grant St, Cranbourne running from 19-22 April 2019. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
10. The winner will be notified on Facebook. The winner will be tagged in a comment on South East Water’s Facebook page and asked to send an email to competition@sew.com.au with their full name and email address. The winner will then be contacted by email with information regarding the redemption of the prize.
11. The winner will receive the prize upon arrival to the event venue on 19-22 April 2019.
12. If for any reason the chosen winner does not provide their details via email to South East Water by 12.00 pm on Thursday 18 April 2019, the selected winner may forfeit the chance to receive the prize, and the prize may be awarded to another entrant.
13. By entering, you agree that the Promoter may use the information collected for research and communications purposes. The Promoter is bound by the Information Privacy Principles under the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (VIC).  
14. The Promoter's decisions will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
