We collect the Waterways and Drainage Charge on behalf of Melbourne Water, who use is to manage waterways and for flood protection. The current charges are:

Residential properties
As of 1 July 2019, the minimum rate for a residential property is $25.52 per quarterly bill.

Non-residential customers
For non-residential customers, the charge is calculated based on 0.4782 cents in the NAV per annum, with a minimum charge of $36.34 per quarterly bill.
