We send you a bill every three months, not long after we read your water meter. 

You can find out when you can expect your next bill by referring to your current bill.
Look for the Meter Reading Details section and the line:‘Approximate date for next meter reading is -- -- --' 
This gives you the approximate date when we will read your water meter. You will receive your bill shortly after this date.
